I'm proud to be a part of such a dedicated and professional team of Registered Apprenticeship experts and supporters. The past year was successful in many ways. We've added to our client base and ability to make a positive impact for our employer partners and for the many deserving individuals looking for a career change.
As we've expanded our client base, we've also expanded our organization so that we can continue to offer the highest quality Registered Apprenticeship programs and technical support. I welcome each of our new staff members, who come to IAA with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Please learn more about them below.

2022 and IAA's Growth
Last year was a very successful one in many ways. Our leadership transition went smoothly and we've been able to serve more individuals and organizations than ever. I'm very proud to continue to work as a consultant to IAA and to watch this important growth.
Although my role in the organization has changed, I am as committed as ever to its success. I congratulate Matt and the entire team for a successful 2021!
